When am I charged?
Never at the moment you request. Instant-confirmation boats take payment straight after you book; boats that need owner approval only take payment once the owner has accepted.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from your bookings page. Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on the boat, and anything not yet paid simply lapses.
Why do you need my ID?
UAE marine operators are required to know who is on board. We check it once, before your first booking, and never again.
